Welcome
About
I’m a PhD student in Architectural Technology at the University of Kansas, focused on Human–AI Co-Intelligence in VR for design cognition.
I develop VR co-design environments where an AI co-designer supports hybrid human–AI thinking to strengthen spatial reasoning and decision-making during creative tasks. I prototype in Unity and connect these experiences to modern LLM and VLM pipelines, including RAG and fine-tuning with QLoRA, to test what truly improves understanding while promoting productive cognitive extension without triggering overreliance or overtrust. Through experimental user studies, I evaluate how embodiment, immersive interaction, and dialogue style shape reasoning and learning outcomes in architecture and other creative fields.
